The student union at Arcada (ASK) is organizing a well-being week during week 43.
The program:

Monday 19th of October FRISBEE GOLF IN SILTAMÄKI
Come and experience something new and interesting! The new, enchanting Frisbee golf! We will start all together from the main entrance of Arcada at noon sharp. If you want to come there on your own you get there by bus number 70T from Arabianranta. Be there latest at 1pm.

Tuesday 20th of October HALARKRAMEN
Come join us doing some charity work! We are organizing a fundraising day for the children in Bolivia. Our fundraising is a part of the national Taksvärkki ry:s fundraising campaign. The fundraising takes place in Arabianranta from 10am to 4pm. After the fundraising we will have an after-fundraising party at the Cor-house that starts at 6pm.

Wednesday 21st of October WELL-BEING FAIR
Come meet some of well known companies related to well-being and culture. The fair will be held at the chat-square. Represented will be at least: Elixia, Svenska teatern, Arbis and the blood service of the Red Cross.

HoSK is also organizing for you the chance to DONATE BLOOD on October the 21st. We?ll meet at school at 2 pm, and head for the Veripalvelutoimisto at Yrjönkatu. If you?re not in school that day, you can also come to Yrjönkatu at 2 pm. On the webpage www.veripalvelu.fi you can read, for instance, about how blood is donated and who can donate blood.

Thursday 22nd of October WHY CARE?

On the 22nd of October at 2pm to 4pm there will be organized a discussion between the personnel and the students of Arcada. Both the personnel and students will be represented in the panel. Now you have the chance of your life to ask though questions or any questions you might have regarding your studies and Arcada to the panellists! You can also hand in the questions "the old fashion way" on a form you can find at the Cor-house, when filled in just drop it in the box there!

In the evening we will go out JOGGING in the lovely Arabia neighbourhood. We will start from the Cor-house at 5pm. After jogging there will be a possibility to freshen up in the sauna at the Cor-house. The sauna will be warm from 5:30pm to 8pm.

Saturday 24th of October FLOOR BALL TOURNAMENT
The whole well-being week reaches its peak on Saturday when it hits off with a floor ball tournament. Gather your own team and come join us at Meripeli hall in Merihaka. The tournament starts at 1pm. We hope you gather about 10 players per team. The entry fee for the tournament is 20e/team. You will play 4 players + goal keeper at the same time.
